BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

CLUB Division (Martley Shipping Inc.):

1. Period of Contract              : 10 months for Club crew.
2. No. candidates to shortlist / Rank & File Positions / Salaries:-
• (50x) General Staff Apprentice – USD 300.00

3. Working Days                   : Seven (7) days a week.
4. Working hours                  : 300 hours per month, Average of 10 hours a day.      
5. Overtime Rates                 : Included in the monthly salary (8 hours at regular time and 2 hours overtime a day)
6. Insurance coverage           : As specified by MARTLEY SHIPPING INC. Principal amounting to USD 80,000.00 for Disability & USD60,000.00 for Death.

3. Working Days                   : Seven (7) days a week.
4. Working hours                  : Group R – 173 hours per month calculated by 40 hours ordinary work hours per week times 4.33; 130 hours guaranteed overtime hours per month; total 303 hours of work a month.
5. Overtime Rates                 : Group R - Hours in excess of 303 hours of work per month shall be paid USD1.10 per Hour.
6. Insurance coverage           : As specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) signed between Strada Maritime Corp. and Norwegian Seafarer’s Union.
Amounting to USD 80,000.00 for Disability & USD60, 000.00 for Death.
7. Food/Accommodation         : Will be provided by Star Cruises.
8. Passage Facilities               : Will be provided by Star Cruises.
