1. Level №1 - is for students without speciality and knowledge of English.
Terms of training for each field:
    - Barman, waiter, wine steward, study 8 months. The cost is 3.000 grivens(565 usd).
    - Pastry cook - 9 months, cost is 3.800 gr.(715 usd).
    - Cook - 10 months, cost is 5.000 gr.(940 usd).
    - Steward - 5 months, cost is 1.700 gr.(320 usd).

2. Level №2 - is for students with good knowledge of English, but without speciality.
Terms of training for each field:
    - Stewards study 3 month, cost is 1200 gr.(225 usd).
    - Waiters study 3 months, cost is 1200 gr.(225 usd).
    - Barman, wine steward,waiters study 4 months, cost is 1.500 gr.(280 usd).
    - Pastry cook - 4,5 months, cost is 1.900 gr.(355 usd).
    - Cook -5 months, cost is 2.500 gr.(470 usd).

3. Level №3 - is for students with good knowledge of English and who was in the Food and beverage business for at least 2 years.
Terms of retraining:
    - Barman, wine steward, waiter, steward study 1 month, cost is 750 gr.(140 usd).
    - Pastry cook -1,5 months, cost 950 gr.(180 usd).
    - Cook -2 months, cost is 1250 gr.(235 usd).

4. Level №4 - USPH (sanitation).
Terms of training is 1 week (30 hours), cost is 400 gr.(75 usd)

    For restaurants, hotels, boarding houses, cruise Lines wishing to train their personnel in Yalta Center or on their own base, the prices will be stipulated in each specific case and depend on a place of training, quantity of persons, etc. YALTA CENTRE is also specializes in conducting of trainings on such professions as waiter, barman, receptionist, cabin stewardess.

    Payment for training is to be made after enrolling of a student.

    Payment for training on Level # 3 is to be made completely before the beginning of training. Payment for training on Level # 2 is to be made either completely before the beginning of training or by two equal parts (the first part is to be paid before the beginning of training, the second part in next two months). Payment for training on Level # 1 is also to be made either completely before the beginning of training, or by three equal parts (the first part - before the beginning of training, the second part - in three months, the third part - in six months).
    Payment for training is to be made on the settlement account of the training centre.

    The Training Center does not return payment for training which was put on the account in case a student takes away his documents and refuses to study or in case a student is remanded due to academic poor progress or low discipline.

    Cost of training includes: theoretical and practical training authorized by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine - programs, uniform, using textbooks and manuals, hand on training practice at different hotel facilities and catering in Ukraine.
